Todd brings 30+ years of horticultural, consumer products, and multi-industry business experience, including over 18 years of working as an Executive Search and Human Resource Advisor. Todd leads BHCA's Horticulture, Specialty Agriculture, and Leadership Level Retained Executive Search in addition to their HR Advisory. Todd provides client companies with a consultative partner who proactively aligns hiring strategies and human resource initiatives that impact the completion of strategic goals with a positive ROI. In addition to his passion for the green industry, Todd finds that there is nothing better in life than hanging out with his wife, adult children, dogs and grandsons. A little known fact is that Todd does his best to stay hip with all generations with his love for exercising, music, reading, cooking and bourbon. And to this day, no one touches his lawn and landscaping but him!
