New Integration with Inova

We are excited to announce a new, full integration with Inova for Team Engine customers. Connecting your accounts will eliminate repetitive, manual admin work managing data between the systems, while simultaneously streamlining your hiring and onboarding processes.
Why We Did This
Customers of both systems were manually transferring data between the two, such as requiring candidates already hired through Team Engine to complete an application in Inova, or downloading spreadsheets from one system to upload into the other.
With this new integration, we are furthering our goal of helping our customers hire great talent as fast as possible while providing an exceptional experience for their candidates and new employees.
A Complete & Full Integration
With our new integration with Inova, Team Engine customers can now:
- Stop doing manual exports and updates in both systems
- Automatically transition an employee hired in Team Engine to the payroll and onboarding process in Inova
- Prevent gaps in the hiring process & keep candidates engaged as they transition into onboarding
- Automatically keep the applicant and employee directory current and synced between both systems, enabling better communication and automation
How To Set It Up
Part One: Connect your Team Engine account to Inova
1. In your Team Engine account, navigate to ‘Company Settings’ by clicking the gear icon in the lower left corner.
2. Scroll down to the “Integrations” section of the page.
3. Click the blue ‘Connect to Inova’ button.
4. Enter your company short name from your Inova account. (More information about company short names here.)
5. In the drop down menu choose the status change (interested, phone interviewing, interviewing, onboarding or started) that you would like Team Engine to automatically transfer applicants to in your Inova account.
6. Click save.
Part Two: Connect your Inova account to Team Engine
1. In your Team Engine account, navigate to ‘Company Settings’ by clicking the gear icon in the lower left corner.
2. Scroll down to the “Integrations” section of the page.
3. Click on the ‘Request Sync with Inova’ button and input your Inova representative’s contact info.
4. Our team will then set up the sync on your behalf and let you know when it's complete. (Look for an in-product notification, as well as an email.)
