Nexstar Network

“I can’t even begin to express how much gratitude we have for Nexstar and what they’ve done for us. One of the core goals we’ve written into our EOS Traction framework is simply: “Follow the Nexstar process. Meet Nexstar benchmarks.” We don’t have to reinvent the wheel. Nexstar has already done the hard work of figuring out what works. All we have to do is follow the process.

The majority of our growth has been in the last few years. I owe a lot of that to Nexstar. We were hungry for what Nexstar was offering. They gave us the structure for how to grow, for what to do. And the network itself has been awesome. We’ve got friends in the industry; it’s been great. It’s boosted us to the next level, for sure.

Before I joined Nexstar, it was like being on an island. I feel like I was just out there making smoke signals, asking for help, just hoping somebody sees me and saves me. I thought there was a secret sauce to all this; I was lost, trying to figure it out. Immediately after joining Nexstar, I had the support I’d been looking for. I’ve been through almost every major training Nexstar offers; I’ve also been to several of them multiple times. Nexstar was really just a massive support system for me. It does take energy and effort on my part to be able to learn and implement, but Bacon wouldn’t be where it is now without Nexstar.
