More important than all of that, everyone Nathan works with excels in their business and life, and that’s what makes him a good coach.
Passionate about caring for leaders, Roz is a certified Train-the-Trainer who has coached Fortune 500 companies and privately held small businesses. With 10-plus years as a certified Professional in Human Resources and masters-level training from the University of South Dakota in organizational development, she offers invaluable insight on what it takes to create great places to work.
