Prior to starting Bloom Partners Talent Solutions, Tito was a business developer for a landscape contractor and a national account executive for a recruitment firm tasked to spearhead the landscape industry niche. Today, Bloom Partners Talent Solutions and Tito serve 30+ clients in the landscaping and facilities management industries nationwide to consistently bring outstanding people and great companies together. He is based in Miami-Ft. Lauderdale, FL and is a passionate steward to his team and the industry.
