Robert Clinkenbeard, originally from Edinburgh, Scotland, built his career after co-founding Integrated Landscape Management in Arizona, growing it into a $20M company with 350+ employees before its 2016 acquisition. He now leads Wilson360, a top peer group and consulting firm, and also hosts The Commercial Landscaper Podcast. A Certified Scaling Up coach and published author on the Ironman Mindset, Robert blends business insight with personal passion. Beyond his professional roles, he is an Ironman Triathlete and former semi-professional rugby and soccer player. He and his wife Faith live in Campobello, South Carolina, where they balance career success with family life.
