Many business owners don’t conduct annual strategic planning because they are too busy working in the trenches, dealing with the day-to-day challenges of running a business. Others may not understand the value of having a long-term plan, or they might not even know where to begin, so they just don’t do it.
In this session, we'll help you understand why you should plan and, even more importantly, how to engage in the strategic planning process. Attendees will learn how to prepare for planning, the fundamental elements of any good strategic plan, and how to put it all together.
