Our latest Team Engine Product Update webinar was packed with exciting announcements, new feature overviews, and a customer spotlight showcasing real-world success. If you couldn’t make it live, here’s everything we covered, including what’s available now and what’s coming soon.

New Features Available Now

Our product team has been hard at work rolling out improvements based on customer feedback. Here are the latest features now available in Team Engine:

Employee Outbound Calling

  • Call employees directly from their Team Engine profile using your Team Engine phone number.
  • Eliminates the need to share personal numbers while keeping all communication in one place.
  • Works alongside inbound call forwarding for a fully integrated experience.

Custom Fields & Automation Triggers

  • Store additional employee information like emergency contacts, vehicle registration dates, and certification expirations.
  • Automate workflows using this data, such as sending reminders for expiring licenses or upcoming referral payouts.
  • Saves time by ensuring critical information is centralized and actionable.

Bulk Messaging & Status Updates

  • Message multiple applicants at once, perfect for re-engaging candidates in your hiring pipeline.
  • Use batch actions to close out job postings and notify applicants.
  • Enhances efficiency by reducing manual outreach efforts.

Expanded WhatsApp Integration

  • Our WhatsApp integration is now available for any organization or inbox type.
  • Enables communication with employees on their preferred platform, especially those without a US phone number

Team Engine Mobile App (Coming Soon!)

  • A much-anticipated mobile app for iOS and Android.
  • Initially focused on employee messaging, allowing you to stay connected in the field.
  • Push notifications to ensure you never miss an important message.
  • Future updates will expand capabilities to include applicant messaging and on-the-go applicant review.

Call Recordings & Transcriptions (Coming Soon!)

  • Conduct and record calls within Team Engine, including applicant phone screens and exit interviews.
  • Automatic transcriptions for easy review and documentation.

  • Use Team Engine surveys to automatically populate custom fields in employee profiles.
