Automatically Pre-Screen Applicants
Pre-screen applicants to ensure you have the necessary information to decide whether to advance them to an interview, saving hiring managers time by focusing only on viable candidates. It also helps confirm that applicants are genuinely interested in the job.
How you might currently be doing this
Pre-screening is one of the most time-consuming parts of hiring, especially when job postings attract hundreds of applicants. Traditional ATS platforms and sites like Indeed often lack effective screening and sorting tools, forcing hiring managers to sift through each resume manually. Even after that, scheduling phone screens can involve days or weeks of phone tag—just to confirm if someone meets basic qualifications.
How to do this more effectively
Team Engine takes you three steps ahead in the screening process, cutting a two-week effort down to just a day or two:
- First, our software automatically ranks your applicants, so the best candidate always appears first in your list—no more scanning through hundreds of resumes on your own.
- Meanwhile, Team Engine automatically reaches out to these top applicants right away, ensuring you’re the first employer to connect before they get swarmed by other recruiters.
- By the time you engage, you’re stepping into a warm conversation with a candidate who’s already shown genuine interest in the role.
Why Use Team Engine Instead
