Generate Employee Referrals from New Hires
The ideal time to request employee referrals is at the end of a new hire’s onboarding and training. By then, they understand the job well enough to know who might be a good fit, and their enthusiasm for the role is still high.
How you might currently be doing this
- Email announcements
- Posters or flyers
- Intranet announcements
- Referral forms
- Manager reminders
- Payroll inserts
- Company newsletters
- Social Media
Why Use Team Engine Instead
Consistency: Automated messages triggered by employee tenure ensure that every new hire is asked for referrals without you needing to remember.
Ease and Simplicity: New hires can easily submit referrals by entering a name and contact information through a link in the message.
Visibility: Unlike announcements via managers, email, or signage, which are often ignored or forgotten, text messages ensure that your referral request is seen.
