  4. Schedule the message to send automatically on a recurring basis (e.g. annually).

Using Start Date Automations:

  1. Navigate to the Automations tab.
  2. Click “+ Add automation” under the Employee Tenure section.
  3. Compose the message. (See sample text provided in the copy-and-paste box.)
  4. Schedule the automation to send far enough in advance of when the credential will expire that the employee has time to react.
  5. Select the appropriate employee group (e.g. the license or certification type)
  6. Schedule the message to be sent automatically.
